What is a Traineeship?
A traineeship is like an apprenticeship but generally shorter. The trainee works for an employer and at the same time develops and learns to apply skills to make that trainee a more effective employee.
A Real Estate traineeship lasts for a period of 24 months, However, a capable trainee who completes the requirements of the traineeship before the expiry of the 24 months can apply for early completion.
