The REIT offers a course for either Assisant Property Managers or Property Consultants to assist them in meeting the legal requirements to work in the real estate industry.

The courses offered by the REIT provide the knowledge to assist in the development of skills needed to effectively undertake the roles of property consultant or assistant property manager.

Course Details

The cost for doing either the Property Consultant or assistant property manager stream is $650. To complete the other stream, which is optional, would be an additional $100.

The course is structured over 34-39 hours (11-12 sessions plus a 2.5 hour exam) and can be either a day or evening course. Every second course in each region is an evening course.

Courses offered approximately 5 weekly in Hobart, 2 monthly in Launceston and 3 monthly in Ulverstone.
