The REIT offers a course for either Assisant Property Managers or Property Consultants to assist them in meeting the legal requirements to work in the real estate industry.
The courses offered by the REIT provide the knowledge to assist in the development of skills needed to effectively undertake the roles of property consultant or assistant property manager.
Course Details
The costs are as follows:All course requirements must be completed within 4 months of the REIT providing the Distance Learning marterials for the candidate, in order for the candidate to be eligible for a certificate of course completion.
To use the CD version of the learning material, the candidate will need both Acrobat Reader and PowerPoint reader. Both of these are free downloads from the internet and also available on the CD itself
