The Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management)is a nationally recognised qualification which, in Tasmania, is the prerequisite qualification for obtaining registration as a Real Estate Agent or Property Manager.
The Diploma consists of 26 units of competence, 6 of which are core (compulsory) and a further 10 of which are required by the Property Agents Board to comprise part of the diploma qualification. The remaining 10 may be taken from the property management or sales units from the Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) qualification.
